The camera inside is a micro 4/3rds Olympus E-m1 mark II with a micro 4/3rds Sigma 16mm f/1.4 lens. The dragon is a rubber hand puppet that I modified for the dragon camera.

The squirrel on the right is Nutzo. I always tell people that if I ever decided to become a profressional photographer, that Nutzo claims he will undercut my prices, because he works for peanuts.

The squirrel on the left is Lavinea. I always tell people that Livinea always feels she captures the essence of the soul of the person she is painting, while Nutzo and I just click a shutter.

Liz and I went to Disney World on April 16-23rd, 2024. After we had set up the dates, I learned that the 'Dapper Days' unofficial event would be at EPCOT on the 20th, and the Magic Kingdom on the 21st. We went to the EPCOT dressed up.

Dapper Day is an unofficial event at the Disney parks, where people dress in styles from various eras. I did a variant of my steampunk outfit, and I included a new steampunk camera. In 2024, Dapper Days were held in EPCOT on April 20th, and the Magic Kingdom on April 21st. We went to the EPCOT event (we had tickets to things in the Animal Kingdom on the 21st). The camera inside is my Olympus E-m5 mark III with the Olympus 17mm f/1.2 lens.

In order to not have to change batteries, I used a dummy battery in the E-m5 mark III. I used a Sony NP-F compatible battery which has roughly 5.4 times the capacity of the BLS-50 that the E-m5 mark III uses. I used a Smallrig NP-F battery plate to connect the NP-F battery to the E-m5 mark III.

Hunts Photo and Video had a portrait class where the class members took pictures of several of the local steampunks outside of the Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation in Waltham, Massachusetts. I went there with my Olympus E-m5 mark III camera inside of a Folmer-Graphic large format body and my two squirrel mascots (Nutzo and Livenea). It was interesting be on the other side of the lens and how much it takes to compose a photo.

Note, I obviously did not take these pictures. This particular picture was taken by Paul Nelson.
