The video cable fits in the JXD i696, but the video portion does not line up with the part of the tip that carries the video signal.
If I hook the E-P2 with the Phottix cable, and put in the shutter release into my Zeikos system, the camera will start taking pictures once the first picture is taken until I remove the cable. I suspect that the two devices have the pins assigned differently than each other.
