Using existing bellows cameras #7
Originally, I removed the back, and mounted the camera outside with a piece of wood to connect to the tripod socket.
I later made a base that fit inside the camera out of glue, and used a Kalt quick release for the E-P2.
It takes about 5 minutes to adjust the focal length of the lens, so I essentially am shooting with a prime lens.
Inside of the Pony premo the camera is right up against the side, and so without drilling a hole in the Pony Premo, I could not use the electronic shutter release. Instead I made a mounting platform for a mechanical shutter release from a film camera.
The first usage was at the Charles River Museum first steampunk event in May 2010.
